Return & Refund Policy – Fusion Shop

We want you to shop with confidence.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in original packaging.
• To request a return, contact us with your order number and product photos (if damaged).
• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval.

Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
